Bookfest 2008

As many of you are aware, I'm also part of an online book club, Bookfest. I started it up 3 years ago as a way to stay in touch with my friends and provide motivation to read "outside of the comfort zone." It's looked a bit different each year, with varying members, but I think we've settled on a pattern that we like and works well for us. Each year we each select titles that we are interested in the other contributing members to read and comment on. We spread our selections out through the year and mix them up and blast each other to bits while falling in love with each other's favorite authors. It's a great set-up, really.

We invite anyone who would like to, to read along with us. We've posted next year's list in case you woudl like to plan ahead!
