Sarah at Library Hospital is hosting her THIRD annual Maud Hart Lovelace Reading Challenge in October. (One more month!) I'm planning to re-read at least the first book in the Betsy-Tacy series. However, they are such quick and easy reads I may get a bit further than that. We'll see. I'm so glad that she hosts this challenge as it gets me back into some pretty fun classics.
While I can't say that MHL is my favorite author in the whole wide world, I find the early books in the Betsy-Tacy series particularly charming and endearing and I look forward to sharing them with my daughter.

I haven't actually read much by her, except the Betsy-Tacy stories. My parents gave me them for...er, some birthday. I loved them! LOVED them.
Hurray! I want to join in on this challenge. I have not read any of her books, though everyone exclaims over her writings.
I've never heard of her! I'm from Australia, so maybe she wasn't popular here. I'm going to enter the challenge though.
